Cabo Negro lies in Northern Morocco on the Mediterranean coast. This enchanting Mediterranean seaside holiday resorts is one of those places where nature has been very generous. It boasts an expanse golden sand beaches, marina’s, water sports and land-based activities such as golf, tennis and equestrian. But the best thing of it all is the luxuriant mountains and a climate to be enjoyed all year round. Very close to Cabo Negro you will find the city of Martil with all the necessary shops and restaurants. Another city in the vicinity is the nice town of Mdiq which is only 5 minutes away. Tetuoan is a 10 minute drive away. There is also a brand new water park 10 minutes drive away. This is a great place for the kids....and adults!

The beautiful holiday villa is located on a high quality holiday park, very quiet, guarded 24 hours a day and composing a garden of more then 2 hectares wit a diversity of trees and flowers. There are also 3 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts and 3 courts for handball, basketball and volleyball. The complex is located 1 km from the beach. The holiday home we offer here in Morocco has been built in 2000 and contains a surface of 110 m2 for 8 people maximum. The living room has been furnished in modern Moroccan style decoration with a zelige-couch, satellite TV, DVD player and it has direct access to the private garden. On the same floor there is one modern kitchen with a microwave, electrical cooker/stove, plate, oven, refrigerator, coffeemaker, electrical boiler, an all other necessities. There next you will find a bedroom on the first floor with a double bed and a single bed coming out on a balcony. On this floor you will also find another room with 2 single beds. In the living room sleep 2 people on the Moroccan zelige-couch. There is also an extra single bed that can be placed in one of the rooms. One bathroom with bath, shower and toilet complement this well furnished holiday home in a perfect vacation villa for the entire family.
